You can also decide what you want to focus on when you are meditating…
–your favorite color
–“I am Love” mantra
–an image that brings peace
–your breathing
–your deity/deities
–inner silence
–peace for all
–the sound of the ocean
–a face of a loved one
–your chakras

Many people like to sit in a comfortable position with their eyes closed. You can meditate…
–in a chair
–on the floor
–in a big group
–with music

Other people like to meditate…
–while walking
–with wide, open eyes

Do what you are most comfortable with!
